First, you hear it:
The whishing and whooshing
The items falling off the table
The picture frame knocking on the wall
The door slamming shut
The whistling through the small cracks.

Then, you feel it:
The sudden calm that takes over
The cool blow across your face
The drop, however slight in temperature
The change all over the place.

Sometimes...you smell it:
The neighbour’s pot of curry
The dog’s shit outside
The rosemary from your “garden”
The weed from the guys upstairs.

You can definitely see it:
The dried leaves running across your floor
The curtains flowing
The trees, shaking, no longer at standstill
The gentle breath taking form through a dead space.
